1. Understanding Our Premade Fursuits
1.1 The Nature of Our Premades: Our fursuits are presented as "premades," signifying they are designed and crafted by us ahead of time and sold as ready-to-wear creations. They are offered in their existing state and are not open to customization. Each premade suit boasts an original design and precise sizing specifications, which will be detailed within its individual product description.1.2 Dimensions and Ergonomics: It is incumbent upon the buyer to fully examine the provided measurements for each fursuit component before making a commitment to purchase. We cannot assure an impeccable fit for every individual, as these fursuits are not made to fit the individual buyer. We strongly advise measuring yourself or the intended wearer against the explicitly stated dimensions. Our suits may not fit you perfectly even if your measurements match. This is the unavoidable nature of buying a premade fursuit.1.3 Fabrication Materials: Every fursuit is meticulously constructed utilizing premium faux fur, and high quality materials. Specific material compositions for each unique suit may be included within its dedicated listing.1.4 Visual Representation: We exert every endeavor to furnish an accurate portrayal of our fursuits through photography and detailed descriptions. Nevertheless, please be aware that colors may appear with subtle variations in person due a multitude of factors, including differences in image displays, ambient light differences, etc.2. Pricing and Payment
2.1 Payment Methods: We accept payment via PayPal only. Full payment is required before the fursuit will be shipped.2.2 Payment Plans: We may offer payment plans on a case-by-case basis. If a payment plan is offered, specific terms will be outlined in the individual listing or agreed upon directly with the buyer.○ Typically, a non-refundable deposit of 30-50% will be required to hold the suit, with the remaining balance due by a specified date.
○ This deposit is entirely non-refundable. By sending the first payment, you are agreeing to these terms and committing to full payment with no potential loss on the part of the seller. Failure to complete payments by the agreed-upon deadline will result in forfeiture of the deposit and the fursuit being relisted for sale.3. Dispatch and Delivery
3.1 Shipment Costs: Charges for shipping are based on the destination, mass, and volumetric dimensions of the package. These costs will be added to your total order after a destination address is provided and the full amount of the item is paid off.3.2 Courier Services: Our standard dispatch protocol involves reputable carriers such as Canada Post, FedEx, UPS. Tracking particulars will be furnished once the item has commenced its transit.3.3 Preparation Interval: Kindly allow an interval of 3 to 7 business days for order preparation prior to the shipment of your fursuit. This duration permits us ample time for final quality inspections, meticulous packaging, and arranging for carrier collection.3.4 Estimated Transit Time: Anticipated delivery timelines are projections provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. We bear no responsibility for delays occasioned by the shipping carrier, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our direct control.3.5 Cross-Border Shipments: For international transactions, please be aware that you may incur responsibility for import duties, various taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by your nation's authorities. These charges are not encompassed within the item's price or the shipping fee and are the sole obligation of the buyer. We are unable to classify items as "gifts" or under-declare their commercial value.3.6 Lost or Compromised Shipments: While we exercise utmost diligence in packaging our merchandise, we disclaim responsibility for parcels that are misplaced or suffer damage during transit once they have exited our custody. For high-value items, we strongly advocate for the procurement of shipping insurance. Should your package be lost or arrive compromised, please initiate a claim directly with the shipping carrier.4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
4.1 All Sales Are Final: Due to the unique, handmade nature of our premade fursuits and for hygienic reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or facilitate exchanges.5. Caveats and Liability Constraints
5.1 No Formal Warranty; Acknowledgment of Craftsmanship: All fursuits are vended "as is," without any formal, express, or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular objective, beyond what is made clear in each explicit fursuit listing. We are currently an intermediate-level crafter, and our pricing reflects this, being considerably lower than that of artisan-level creators. While we dedicate ourselves to delivering the highest possible quality within our current capabilities, buyers acknowledge that our fursuits are crafted by an intermediate artist. We cannot guarantee the durability or longevity of an artisan crafter. As such, minor imperfections and variations are inherent characteristics of handmade items at this, or any skill level.5.2 Usage and Safety Protocols: The purchaser acknowledges that donning a fursuit can diminish visual acuity, impede kinetic freedom, and potentially induce thermal discomfort. The buyer assumes all attendant risks associated with the donning and utilization of the fursuit. WarpWander bears no culpability for any injuries, damages, or fiscal losses incurred while wearing or engaging with the fursuit. Fursuits are not categorized as toys and are not intended for unchaperoned use by minors.6. Understanding Design Origin & Buyer Freedoms
6.1 Acknowledgement of Design Origin; Buyer's Full Freedoms: The core concept and visual blueprint of our premade fursuits originate with WarpWander. While we don't operate under formal copyright registration, we trust in the community's good faith system for recognizing artistic creation. Upon completing a purchase, the buyer gains full and unrestricted ownership of the physical fursuit itself. This empowers the buyer with complete freedom to alter, modify, or customize the fursuit's design in any way they choose. Buyers are also entirely at liberty to resell, trade, up-sell, or "flip" the fursuit as they see fit.6.2 Honoring the Original Creator: The sole expectation we hold within this good faith understanding is that the buyer will not claim the original work and design as their own creation. You are free to modify and use the fursuit as you wish, but the initial
design and construction should be recognized as coming from WarpWander.7. Revisions to Terms of Service
We reserve the unilateral prerogative to revise or amend these Terms of Service at any juncture without antecedent notification. The most up-to-date iteration will consistently be published on our digital platform/sales portal. It remains your onus to periodically review
these terms for any alterations. Your continued engagement with our offerings or purchase of our products subsequent to any modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.Get in touch!
